As one of the few pet friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at The Retreat at Seven Trails. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

• The Retreat at Seven Trails Apartments allows dogs and cats
• We welcome pets upon approval
• There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
• We do not accept any aggressive breeds including, but not limited to, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Chows, Akitas, German Shepards, Rottweilers, any non-domestic dogs, or any mix of the previously stated breeds. Please see leasing office for additional breed restrictions.

Pet Fees

• Pet deposit $200-$350
• Pet fee $250-$400
• Pet rent $30-$50 per month
