I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community for a year. The maintenance team is top-notch; they always responded quickly and efficiently to any issues. Incase I raise a work order in the evening, maintenance person would be in front of the door the very next morning. The leasing office staff is equally impressive, especially Gina, who was always helpful, and quick to address any requests.

I’m going on my 4th year of living here and I love it! The 2-bedrooms are very spacious with a fairly open floor plan and at a great price. There are 4 pools on site, multiple dog parks, and walking distance to Vlasis park. The maintenance staff is PHENOMENAL! They are quick to respond for repairs and are super friendly - waiving and saying hi when they drive around on their golf cart. There are various events and contests hosted by the property to engage the community.

I was recently looking for a new place to live and this place really has been so amazing! They’re so helpful and kind.
